Glimestar PM2 Tablet is commonly used as part of a comprehensive routine for managing blood sugar levels in adults. It combines Glimepiride, Pioglitazone and Metformin, each working in different ways to support body's glucose control. Take Glimestar PM2 Tablet exactly as advised by your healthcare provider usually once daily with food. 

Inform your doctor if you have any liver, kidney or heart problems, eye problems, hormonal imbalance, alcoholism, or if you are malnourished, starved, on an irregular diet as a precaution.

Glimestar PM2 Tablet is strictly not recommended for use in patients with type I diabetes mellitus, bladder cancer, severe heart failure or lactic acidosis.

Avoid smoking and consumption of alcohol while taking the medicine as it may aggravate the existing condition. The most common side effects usually seen are low blood sugar levels, nausea, stomach upset, constipation, sore throat, muscle pain, headache, dizziness and weight gain. Consult your doctor if any of the above side effects worsen or persists for a longer duration.
